Beachbody’s P90 Workout Launches Soon

P90 Workout by Beachbody
Finally a workout for everyone! Less intense but just as effective.

Tony Horton has developed another workout program in the P90 family. It’s just named P90. It is a workout that is geared toward anyone, but especially for the average person out there.

The P90X, P90X2, and P90X3 were hardcore, intense programs. Unfortunately hardcore workouts aren’t for everyone. Some people just want to lose 10-20 pounds or just get back some of the muscle tone they had when they were young. Others just want to get in shape so they can wake up without body aches and they can have the energy to run and play with their kids. So the new P90 workout will be more straightforward and doable.

P90 will be a gateway to getting fit regardless of your age or fitness level. Legendary trainer Tony Horton has now created shorter workouts that are simple, doable, and less extreme than his others, but will still be just as effective. If you haven’t worked out in a decade, looking to maintain what you have, or have never worked out a day in your life, P90 can give you the ability to see dramatic, visible results in just 90 days without the pain. This is the 90-day body transformation for EVERYONE.

The key to P90 will be to keep things simple during it’s 25 minute a day workout not working harder. It will be simple cardio, resistance training, and simple portion control. These new workouts wont’ be easy, but they will be easier than the other P90X workouts.

Find out when P90 is available and enter for a chance to win it for free!

I was originally born in Missouri, but traveled around most of my childhood. My mom finally got tired of moving while we were in Dallas, Texas and I have been here ever since. After high school I started college at the University of North Texas (UNT) and started working in the computer field. I currently work for JCPenney as a front end software engineer for their e-commerce website. Before this I worked for AT&T about 12 years and started with them in 1999 (when they were Southwestern Bell). I have many passions and I really love photography. Besides photography I also love sports. I not only like to watch it, but I also love to play. Currently my friends and I play indoor soccer and flag football.
